Wat ga je doen als General Manager QSR – Aruba?

You are responsible for the overall performance of multiple restaurant locations and markets.

Your main responsibilities:

Lead operational and commercial performance across multiple restaurants
Own the full market P&L, budgets and forecasts
Improve sales, labor costs, food costs, productivity and profit margins
Develop and execute market growth plans
Lead new restaurant openings and market expansion
Support site selection, compliance, lease negotiations and operational launch
Coach and develop Area Coaches and Restaurant General Managers
Build strong succession and leadership pipelines
Ensure excellent guest experience and consistent brand standards
Maintain compliance with food safety, labor law and operational policies
Work closely with HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing and Operations

You are visible in the business and comfortable switching between strategic planning and daily restaurant operations.

Wat neem jij mee?

You have:

Bachelor level education, preferably in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a related field
7 to 10+ years of leadership experience in QSR, hospitality or multi unit retail
Proven experience managing multiple restaurant locations
Strong P&L and financial management experience
Experience in a franchise or corporate restaurant environment
Experience with an international QSR brand is strongly preferred
A hands on and results focused leadership style
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Excellent English, spoken and written
Good command of Dutch
Flexibility to travel frequently between locations and markets
Availability for 40 hours per week
